Patience. You can't fake strength coming back. It must actually happen. That departure from fake-it-till-you-make-it was a bit shocking to me...

I'm glad you are back! Your creativity and spirit are much needed in this world!

Your story today reminded me of the lessons I have learned and am still learning while living with a chronic autoimmune disease. Surrender, humility, and self-compassion were the big lessons that have shaped who I am today. Patience and acceptance are the ongoing challenges I face today while trying to be with less capacity to do. Thanks for "Rest Room." It might be where I share my story.

My creative type was "Artist." No surprise. That was a fun exercise!

Be well, my friend!

Love surrounds you, Mary … sometimes we forget; sometimes it seems there is little enough to comfort; and love helps us to get well … from anything I think … even if it’s our time to transition, to go to the heavens.

Love makes literally everything better! But … it’s tough when there is little love, literally, around us.

I can’t wait to get back to reading the rest of this tender share from you. I had to take a minute to read the first third or so, but I’m really sleepy, and I have about an hour left on the last editing/publishing project I have in front of my eyeballs right now. I haven’t made it to sleep over the last 24 hours, but I’m dreaming about it with my eyes kinda open! 😂

I look forward to reading the “rest of the story”, as Paul Harvey coined.

My prayers and love wish you well! Take it easy, “grasshopper!”
